Returns
At Traivox, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you may request a return within 48 hours of receiving the item.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- The product must be in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase or order number must be provided.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- The refund will be issued through the original payment method used during purchase.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us for assistance.
Shipping for Returns
Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
